How we research
An AyatNiryat research report exists to answer five questions: what should you export, where should you source it, which country should you sell it to, who will buy it, and how much can you realistically make. Here is exactly how we answer them — and what we refuse to guess.
Product definition & HS classification
We pin the product to its exact HS/ITC-HS code and specification grade, because every downstream number — duty, demand, competition — depends on the code being right.
Verified means: Classification cross-checked against the official Indian ITC-HS schedule.
India export baseline
We establish India’s actual export quantity, value, and trend for the code from official Indian trade statistics and UN trade data.
Verified means: Figures traceable to the official database extract, cited with query parameters and date.
Target-market shortlist
We compare candidate markets on import volume, growth, unit realisation, and trade-agreement access — from official importing-country and multilateral statistics, never from marketing blogs.
Verified means: Every comparison figure carries the source database and extract date.
Market access & tariffs
We document the applied duty, required certifications, and labelling rules in each shortlisted market from the destination regulator’s own publications.
Verified means: Each rule cited to the issuing regulator’s published document.
Competitor landscape
We identify the countries and exporter profiles you will compete against, and where their pricing sits, from trade statistics and public disclosures.
Verified means: Competitor data drawn only from trade statistics and public disclosures, cited.
Sourcing & supplier economics
We map India’s manufacturing clusters for the product, typical MOQs, and indicative procurement dynamics — clearly separating verified data from ranges reported by industry bodies, which we label as such.
Verified means: Industry-body ranges are labelled as reported ranges, not presented as verified fact.
Landed-cost & margin model
We build the FOB/CIF cost stack line by line. Every input in the model is either sourced or explicitly marked as an assumption you can change — the model never hides a guess inside a total.
Verified means: Each model input is either sourced or flagged as a changeable assumption.
Compliance map
IEC, GST, product-specific licences, certificates of origin, destination-country requirements — each item cited to the issuing authority. This is the section where fabrication hurts most, so it is the section we source hardest.

Buyer universe
We characterise the realistic buyer categories for your product in each market and, where our verified data allows, name candidate buyers with the evidence behind each inclusion.

Risk & recommendation
We close with a decision, not a shrug: export, test with a small shipment, narrow to specific markets, or walk away — with the reasoning on the page.
Verified means: The recommendation states its reasoning explicitly.
Our rule on numbers
Every figure in an AyatNiryat report carries its source. If a number cannot be verified against a primary source, it does not appear as a fact — it appears as a labelled assumption, or it does not appear at all. A report that guesses is worse than no report.
