Built by Traders, for Traders
We're on a mission to democratize global trade and make international markets accessible to every business, everywhere.
Our Mission
At Ayatniryat, we believe that global trade shouldn't be a privilege reserved for large corporations with deep pockets and established networks. We're building the technology to democratize international commerce, giving small and medium enterprises the same intelligence, tools, and market access that multinational trading houses have enjoyed for decades.
By harnessing the power of AI, real-time data analytics, and automation, we break down the barriers that have historically kept SMEs out of global markets — from navigating complex compliance requirements to discovering verified buyers in global markets. Our platform is the great equalizer.
“Every business deserves access to the global marketplace, regardless of size or location.”
The AyatNiryat Story
I didn't set out to build a startup. I set out to become an exporter.
A few years ago, I wanted to step into the world of import and export — the same world that turns a weaver in Varanasi into a supplier in Vienna, and carries a small spice trader in Kochi to markets halfway across the planet. From the outside, it looked open. Approachable. Full of possibility.
From the inside, it wasn't.
Every door I walked up to had a price tag on it. Want to find buyers? Pay. Want a list of verified suppliers? Pay more. Want to understand IEC, HS codes, Incoterms, payment terms, or RBI's export realisation rules? Hunt across a dozen government portals, stitch together the fragments, and hope you've understood correctly.
The information existed. It was just scattered — locked behind paywalls, buried in dense PDFs, written in a language that assumed you already knew.
And the deeper I went, the clearer the pattern became. From customs clearances and regulatory compliance to buyer negotiations and logistics coordination, global trade had grown unnecessarily complex and opaque — and that complexity didn't hurt everyone equally. It hurt smaller businesses the most.
Time and again, I saw promising small businesses locked out of lucrative international markets — not because their products weren't competitive, but because they lacked access to the right information, the right buyers, and the right tools. Information asymmetry was the invisible wall keeping SMEs from reaching their full potential on the global stage.
That realisation became the spark for AyatNiryat.
The name itself — drawn from the Sanskrit words for import (Ayat) and export (Niryat) — embodies our core purpose. We built this platform to be the great equaliser: giving SMEs the same powerful trade intelligence, buyer discovery, compliance automation, and logistics tools that were once the exclusive domain of multinational trading houses.
AyatNiryat is that equaliser.
A single platform where a first-time exporter, a merchant trader, or a manufacturer from any corner of India can find what they actually need — leads, buyers, suppliers, compliance guidance, trade intelligence — without handing over a small fortune before they've earned their first rupee.
And because knowing where to find information is only half the battle, we built Learn & Train — a structured academy that walks you through import-export from the ground up. IEC registration. ITC-HS codes. Incoterms 2020. Payment terms. Trade finance. Logistics. Every module drawn from official sources — DGFT, CBIC, RBI, ECGC — not rewritten from someone else's rewrite.
AyatNiryat is built for the trader who reminds me of myself a few years ago — curious, ambitious, and underserved. The person who doesn't have a consultant on retainer or a family business to lean on, but who has something to sell and the will to take it to the world.
India trades with over 200 countries. Most of that flow still moves through a handful of well-connected players. It shouldn't have to.
This platform is my small attempt to widen the door — and to hold it open for everyone who comes next.

We're early, and looking for people who care about opening up global trade for Indian SMEs.
